15Five: Performance

 
PCI Pal uses 15Five to help facilitate regular and light touch performance communications between managers and their people.  The name “15Five” comes from the practice of an employee spending 15 minutes evaluating their performance each week, with the manager spending 5 minutes reviewing their feedback (known as a ”check in”). 
 
The platform offers the following features:
 
 
Check ins
These provide light touch feedback, allowing employees to rate from 1 -5 how their well (or not!) their week has gone.  Managers must review each check in and use this as an opportunity to work on any issues raised.
 
1:1s
Every employee should have 1:1s, and these must be recorded in 15Five.  The 1:1 module provides a space to record tasks and comments, as well as adding general performance related questions.
 
Performance Development Reviews
Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) are used on an annual basis to provide a more formal conversation surrounding performance, training and career development.  The PCI Pal competencies are used to provide a framework for rating performance, with tailored competencies for our C Level (Senior Leadership Team) people.
 
OKRs
OKRs (objectives and key results) track our company level goals and objectives, and allow people to create their own personal or task-based objectives.
