PCI Pal uses an occupational health service to provide support and guidance relating to either staff absence, performance, conduct or rehabilitation issues. These services may be engaged either upon request (by an employee or colleague), in response to a specific incident(s), or as advised by our solicitors or other parties.
We will seek your consent prior to engaging the services of these external bodies, particularly as this will involve PCI Pal divulging your personal details prior to any assessment. This information may include (although not exhaustive):

Gender
Email address
Home address
Contact telephone numbers (which will include your home/mobile numbers)
Occupation
Job description
The assessments are designed to ensure PCI Pal gives full consideration is given to any health (physical or mental) issues that may affect your work or performance, as well as recommendations (improvements or changes) for both the employee and company.
Employees have the right to refuse an occupational health assessment, but this will mean that PCI Pal can only act on the evidence or facts available to them.
