The purpose of these policies is to ensure that the directors of PCI-PAL PLC (the "Company"), and certain employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, do not abuse, and do not place themselves under suspicion of abusing, Inside Information and comply with their obligations under the Market Abuse Regulation.
