If you wish to terminate your employment with PCI Pal you must do so in accordance with the terms laid out in your contract of employment. If your contract does not lay out how notice must be served, then the following will apply:
Notice shall be deemed to be have been received if:
It is served in writing, either electronically or via post, and;
If delivered by hand, at the time the notice is given to the addressee or;
In case of email, the date the email was sent
You must adhere to the notice period set out in your contract of employment.
Please ensure that if your line manager is absent from work that you also send a copy to HR, and your line manager's manager.
Exit interviews
Should you choose to leave employment you should be offered (if not offered, you can request) an opportunity to complete an exit survey. This data is collected via an online survey to allow the employee time to consider their feedback, and present it in their voice. Completing the survey is optional.
We use this feedback to identify improvements in the workplace, and to share feedback with teams and managers.
