During your time with PCI Pal we will process the personal data you provide either directly, or via a third party. This processing relates to compliance with employment and tax laws, performance of your employment contract, for protecting your personal interests (emergency contacts, security), for provision of certain benefits to yourself (car parking, insurance, expenses), and for the company’s own legitimate interests (references, security, marketing).
Categories of personal data processed are your name, contact details, address, date/place of birth, gender, basic health details, previous employment details, car registration, captured CCTV footage (within and around the Ipswich Office), passport and driving license number, tax details, banking details, pension details, salary, and details regarding your performance at PCI Pal.
Where required, we may share personal data with our external HR consultants or lawyers.
We may also process personal data relating to an emergency contact you nominate, including their name, relationship to you, and phone number, and personal data relating to your child if you request childcare benefits, including your child’s date of birth and current childcare provider.
