High Five Quarterly Awards

Introduction

High Fives (in 15Five, our performance management software) allows people to nominate co-workers to recognize when they have gone above and beyond.  Each quarter a prize will be given to the individual with the most nominations *
 

How it works

There are three easy steps to giving a co-worker a High Five:
 
1)     Login to 15Five and select High Fives from the menu:
 
 
1)     Simply type in your message, using @ to tag in the co-worker(s), and # to tag the company value(s) – so you can tag as many people as you want, and from different teams – how cool is that?
 
 
 
2)     Comments and reactions
 
Not only are the High Fives  flexible, anyone can also comment and react to the High Five (which appears on the High Fives Wall):

* Small print

The prize will be awarded to the person with most High Five nominations for each quarter (January – March, April – June, July – September, October – December).  These scores will be reviewed by the SMT and a winner decided upon.  The score will include all nominations, although SMT reserve the right to discount any that could be perceived as not serious or genuine, particularly in cases of close runner ups.  The winner will get £100 GBP/$125 USD/$170 CAD/$185 AUD Amazon voucher.  There will be no prize alternatives.  This scheme may be withdrawn or amended at any time, and does not form part of the employment contract terms and conditions.
