Celebrating special occasions
At PCI Pal we like to celebrate signficant employee events - these are defined as:
· Birthdays - where each employee will receive £5 worth of Hive points to treat themselves to a coffee/cake!
· Marriages/civil ceremonies
· Birth of baby/arrival of child - for maternity we give 80 Hive points, paternity is 45 points
(please note that with the final two events we will rely on either you or one of your colleagues telling us!)
All employees will be automatically included, so you would rather not participate that's fine - just let the People team know (people@pcipal.com).
