In most cases PCI Pal will endeavour to advertise vacancies internally first to make best use of the talent we already have, although there may be occasions where this step is not taken (for example, where business, economic, geographical or financial circumstances dictate otherwise).
In the case of multiple applicants, applications will be collated and scored against the job description to ensure each one is given fair consideration. Successful candidates will move to 1st interview stage, and those not successful will be notified, and can request further feedback from the recruiting manager. if necessary a 2nd interview will be held to assist with the decision making.
